The mission of the Office of Student Success is to partner with campus administrators in providing stronger relationships with Sterling College students, and is committed to planning, processing, and developing retention efforts to create academic growth, promote achievement, and encourage students to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities to pursue meaningful careers and service to God and others.

The Office of Student Success is located in the center of campus in the Mabee Library and is home to Brett Couture and Hunter Morgan.
