Guest and Conference Services

Mission

The desire of Sterling College's Guest and Conference Services is to serve you and your organization by offering you a space to learn, grow, laugh, and rejuvenate together. Community is about investing in one another. Please allow us to invest in your ambitions as we care for the details of your gathering of conference.

Disability Services

The Academic Support Office works closely with faculty to provide reasonable accommodations for students who have documented disabilities. Our goal is to provide equal access to all academic programs and services in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the supplemental ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Reasonable accommodations may include, but are not limited to, individualized test-taking, extended test time, note-taking, audio textbooks, and various physical accommodations.

Tutoring

College classes can be a challenge. Students sometimes need extra help with understanding textbook material and course concepts. Academic Support offers FREE peer tutoring to facilitate your academic success and help you strengthen your skills. We also offer FREE 24/7 professional online tutoring, provided by Tutor.com. You may request a tutor in various subjects. On-campus tutors are usually upper-level students who have been recommended by faculty.
