Richard Webb
Professor Richard Webb provides Sterling College's Criminal Justice Program experience from a police and investigative perspective. Mr. Webb has been actively involved during his career in the training or education of students and active law enforcement professionals. He has spent 35 years serving in the criminal justice system as a law enforcement officer, investigator, forensic discovery analyst, or academic instructor in Texas, Wyoming, and Colorado. Mr. Webb will also oversee the Sterling College Title IX program as Coordinator. He previously served as a Title IX investigator and Director @ West Texas A&M University.
Professor Webb holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from West Texas A&M University.
