Greg McGlynn

Greg McGlynn was born in Sterling, Ks. growing up on a farm nearby and graduating from Sterling College with a B.A. in Communications and Theatre in 1987, receiving a master’s in education from Friends University in 2004. Greg began his teaching career in 1989 at Eureka High School, Eureka, Kansas. For the past 30 years, he has worked professionally as an actor, teacher and director of high school Theatre in Plano and Carrollton Farmer’s Branch, Texas, and Haysville, Goddard and McPherson. Kansas. Theatre Honors have included Texas State Championship. MTW Jester Awards, Director of Kansas State and International Thespian Honor Shows and Kansas Thespian Hall of Fame inductee. In Greg’s free time, he enjoys working on their ancestral farm near Sterling and driving his great grandfather’s 1929 Ford Model A truck in parades. But most of all, he’s a proud Dad and co-director with his wife Carrie of two children at home, son James and daughter Kate.
