Aaron Weber came to Sterling College in May 2019. At that time he served as Director of Development for his first 2 years at the College. In those two years, Weber was a part of an Advancement team that saw growth in the Sterling Fund in back-to-back years. He also saw the beginning and completion of the expansion and renovation of the Gleason Center.

Weber works to be involved in the local community where he serves as President of the Rotary Club of Sterling and is a member of the board for the Sterling Chamber of Commerce. A native of Dakota, Illinois, Weber received an Associates in Bible from Hesston College (Hesston, KS), a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Taylor University (Upland, IN) and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Jacksonville State University (Jacksonville, AL).

Weber lives in Sterling with his wife and 3 kids.
