We are blessed to live in the United States.  On September 17, 1787 delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in Philadelphia. 

Constitution Day (or Citizenship Day) is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and recognizes all who are born in the US or by naturalization, have become US citizens.
