Sterling College hosted its annual Heritage Convocation on March 30 at 10 a.m. in Culbertson Auditorium. This convocation focused on the rich heritage the College has developed since being founded in 1887.
STERLING, Kan. – Head Football Coach Andy Lambert announced today that the Warriors have hired Chase Hansen as an assistant football coach and Co-Offensive Coordinator. Hansen will begin his new duties immediately.

The Sterling College Art Department, will host the 2012 Annual Juried Student Art Show, beginning Thursday, March 29. The work will be on display for three weeks and the gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The exhibit will be in the gallery of the Sterling College Art Center at the corner of West Washington and North 8th Street, one block south of the Gleason Athletic Complex.
The Sterling College Chorale will be finishing their “California Bound” Chorale tour with a concert at the United Presbyterian Church on Sunday, March 25 for at 3:00 p.m.
The Sterling College Board of Trustees has elected alumna Heather McCreery ’90 to serve as the new Chair of the Board. Tim O’Brien was also elected to continue his service as Vice Chair.
Personnel from 34 school districts across Kansas gathered at Bethany College for the annual ACCK Teacher Interview Day, where students participated in 25-minute interviews as they competed for open teaching positions in the school districts represented.
