Sterling College Online Learning announces summer classes offerings
For the summer of 2024, Sterling College is offering all general education courses for the low price of $145 per credit hour. The list of classes has been released with classes beginning May 13 and July 1. Visit online.sterling.edu/summer-discount-class-offerings for information.
“We make Christian higher education affordable for families and we are pleased that we can continue to offer courses at this rate. Students can choose from a variety of classes that fulfill general education requirements and even some major courses, too,” said Dr. Erin Laudermilk, associate vice president for academic affairs.
The first summer session runs from May 13 - June 30. Classes offered are Environmental Science with lab, Principles of Sociology, Public Speaking, Introduction to Film Studies, World and Regional Geography, U.S. History I, College Composition I, Contemporary Math, Introduction to the Old Testament and Introduction to the New Testament. The add/drop deadline is May 17 and withdrawal deadline is June 7 at 5 p.m. CST.
The second session runs from July 1 - August 19. Classes offered in this session are Public Speaking, Integrated Marketing Communication, U.S. History II, Concepts of Physical Fitness and Health, College Composition II, Introduction to Literature, Music Appreciation, Physical Science with lab, American Government and Basic Christian Doctrine. The add/drop deadline is July 8 and withdrawal deadline is July 26 at 5 p.m. CT.
Those interested in qualifying for the $145 tuition cost should enroll before April 29, and those already enrolled at Sterling College should consult their adviser.
