The Baccalaureate address will be given by the Reverend Dr. Steven Marsh, Senior Pastor of Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Wichita, Kan., on Friday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. in Culbertson Auditorium. Marsh’s address is titled, “I Am Not Here on My Own.”
Dr. Marsh served Sterling College as Assistant Professor of Religion and Philosophy, Dean of Chapel and Vice President for spiritual formation from 1997-2002, during which he received the McCreery Teaching Award. Marsh earned a B.A. from California State University, a M.A. of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. of Ministry from San Francisco Theological Seminary, and finally a M.A. of Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Steven and wife Janet have three grown children.
